Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Premium PC Sales Specialist to join the Best Buy Chicago team part-time. You will showcase HP premium PCs, engage customers through hands-on AI demos, and build rapport with store staff to drive revenue and premium market growth.

You will train on HP products, maintain displays, and report sales activity while delivering a memorable, high-touch shopping experience for premium customers on weekends. Base pay is $19/hour with weekly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
