Job summary

White Oak of Columbia in Columbia, SC invites experienced LPNs to join weekend premium teams. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs in a supportive setting.

This role offers base pay of $29–$35/hr plus a weekend premium of $12/hr, yielding total earnings of $41–$47/hr when weekend hours apply; full-time and part-time weekend schedules are available, with Saturdays and Sundays 7am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN license or multistate license.
• Weekend availability: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Commitment to compassionate, quality care and teamwork.
• Ability to document clearly and communicate with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly.
• Providing direct nursing care while promoting comfort, dignity and safety.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
