Job summary

White Oak Manor York in York, SC is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend night team (7pm-7am with 11pm-7am shifts on Wed-Thu). You will assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care.

You’ll lead and mentor CNAs, helping the team deliver high-quality, person-centered care every day in a supportive environment that values growth and teamwork. Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Must meet PSOR and NLC requirements.
• Active nursing license in Primary State of Residence.

Responsibilities
