Job summary

White Oak of Columbia is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift. This full-time CNA role offers weekend work with earning potential highlighted by shift differentials and a supportive team environment.

Earn base pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus $1.00 extra for eligible weekday overnights and $3.50 extra for weekend overnights, with an opportunity to reach up to $24.50 per hour on weekends.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina CNA certification.
• High School education or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift (3rd shift).
• Full-time positions only; no PRN or part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, toileting, mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate care to promote dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Respond promptly to call lights and changes in residents' conditions; document observations for nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; work with the nursing team to ensure outstanding night care.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a night-shift CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

• Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, toileting, and other daily living needs.
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Providing compassionate care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Working alongside nurses and fellow CNAs to provide excellent resident care.
• Offering reassurance, kindness, and a comforting presence throughout the night.

Your Earning Potential

Monday–Friday: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

That's up to $24.50 per hour for eligible weekend overnight hours!

Rates shown include the applicable shift differential added to the employee's base hourly rate. Differentials are subject to the facility's shift differential policy.
