Job summary

Lozier Corporation is a leading manufacturer of shelves and storage systems used by retailers and warehouses. This role supports production by setting up punch and brake presses, performing basic CNC programming, and ensuring safe, efficient operation on a 12-hour Fri–Sun shift.

A strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement underpins daily tasks. Ideal candidates will read blueprints, measure components with precision, and troubleshoot tooling and setup issues.

Qualifications

• Be able to obtain forklift license.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, protractor, micrometer).
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or molding processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications.
• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Communicate problems pertaining to setup to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
• Follow-up with Operators to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; participate in continuous improvement.
