Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking a skilled press setup operator to join our Indiana manufacturing team. You will set up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and Automatic Presses to print specifications and maximize productivity.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic programming for laser/CNC equipment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a $1,000 new-hire bonus after 90 days, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Able to obtain forklift license.
Able to read and understand blueprints.
Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer.
Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or injection molding processes.
Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications to maximize productivity.
Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
Communicate problems pertaining to equipment setup to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities during the shift.
Reliable attendance.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
