Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, coordinating with the health team to ensure safe recovery after anesthesia.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN, and BLS, with a weekend schedule (Sat-Sun 7 am–7 pm). Intermountain offers a comprehensive benefits package and access to the PEAK education program for career growth.

Formación

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status including related team input.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care with interdisciplinary team to meet plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, comply with standards, and document accurately.
