Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years if not already BSN.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Direct and delegate care to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise plans as needed.
