Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Qualifications

• Performs nursing assessments of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Develops individual plan of care with patient and family input.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and documents timely.
