Carlson Building Maintenance in Richfield, MN is hiring a Porter / Housekeeper for a part-time weekend schedule to keep a large retail store clean and welcoming.

Shift is Saturday and Sunday 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling 16 hours per week with weekly pay. Duties include cleaning restrooms, store areas, entrances, breakrooms, and ensuring a safe, orderly environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Richfield, MN.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds during duties.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and cleaning for the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
