Job summary

Jurupa Hills Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time weekend PM shift, Saturdays and Sundays. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care, supervising staff, and coordinating resident care in a post-acute setting.

Pay ranges from $44.00 to $50.00 per hour DOE, with emphasis on clinical excellence, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Weekend availability is required, and the environment supports resident-centered teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and staff.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
