Job summary

Jurupa Hills Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis for PM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, delivering high-quality care to residents in a post-acute setting.

The RN will assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and staff.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
