Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing/food production.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and SQF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with raw material handling, particularly potatoes and edible oils.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10–20 Utility associates (full-time and temporary).
• Supervise Weekend Janitor and sanitation support activities.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and movement of raw potatoes and edible oil to meet production needs.
• Assign daily work priorities; oversee utility, sanitation, material handling, and plant support.
• Collaborate with Production, Processing, Maintenance, and Facilities to ensure smooth product flow.
