Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Inc in Hanover, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 3 production lines in the Plant 5 Repack facility. You will supervise packaging, packing and finished product handling, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and report to the Production Manager.

You will schedule personnel, monitor ERP data, support inventory counts, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 3 production lines within Plant 5 Repack facility, including shipping/receiving.
• Assists in month-end inventory counting.
• Executes production demands efficiently while upholding quality/safety standards.
• Monitors data integrity in ERP system and runs daily production reports.
• Schedules personnel to meet daily production requirements.
• Trains personnel and evaluates performance to ensure standards.
