Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a weekend Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Bishop Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse, NY. You will assess residents and develop rehab plans to relieve pain and improve function.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

• Evaluate residents' conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect facility information
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
