Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes annual competency assessments.
• Stores and secures stock; reviews for expiration.
• Places orders and verifies receipts; documents in Epic.
• Maintains inventory and assists with sterile product preparation.
• Interacts with providers and patients; triages inquiries to Pharmacist.
