Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, read/write ability.
• At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans and complete daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal prep (special diets), feeding, oral hygiene, transfers with walkers/wheelchairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Support self-help activities and small tasks like laundry and grocery shopping.
• Respect client confidentiality, privacy, and rights at all times.
• Do not administer medications; support self-administration instead.
• Report changes in client condition, unsafe situations, or concerns about abuse or neglect.
