Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Charlotte is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits per diem for adult and geriatric clients across Mecklenburg and Union counties.

This role requires NC RN licensure and at least one year of clinical experience; home health and Oasis documentation experience preferred. You will follow care plans, administer medications, and document care using EMR tablets.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan and perform home visits.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations and follow doctors' orders.
• Coordinate case management and EMR documentation.
