Glendora Hospital, part of College Hospitals, is expanding rapidly and seeks Per Diem ASW/AMFT Social Workers to cover weekend days. The Social Worker acts as an expert resource to the Case Management Team, physicians, and families, assessing and planning to meet patients' complex biomedical and psychosocial needs.

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences; ACSW preferred, LCSW may be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences, e.g., ACSW with a current number.
• ACSW preferred, LCSW may be considered.
• Experience in social services support to clients, preferably in a behavioral health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Social Worker serves as an expert resource to the Case Management Team, physicians, and families in collaborative assessment, planning, and facilitation of options and services.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team members to address complex biomedical and psychosocial needs.
