College Medical Center PHP is seeking a Per Diem AMFT/ASW Therapist to run groups and provide minimal case management for the growing Outpatient PHP Program. The role requires licensure as MFT, Social Worker, or Psychologist, or an eligible intern/psych assistant number with the appropriate board.
Preferred candidates have 2 years of relevant clinical experience, strong group facilitation skills, and current BLS certification.

Job Summary
CMC PHP is looking for a Per Diem AMFT/ASW Therapist. The AMFT/ASW Therapist will run groups and provide some, but minimal Case Management services for the program. This is an opportunity for a Therapist to be part of a growing Outpatient PHP Program.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CHLB/Glendora Hospital roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CHLB/Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
