Job summary

Glendora Hospital is looking for an AMFT/ASW Therapist to join our expanding PHP Program. This role involves running groups and providing minimal case management services. Candidates should have an active BBS registration and preferably two years of clinical experience with adult patients, particularly those with serious mental illnesses or substance abuse issues.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical experience working with seriously mentally ill or substance abuse clients.
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and medical record charting.
• Effectively conducts initial assessment of new patients and develops treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Run groups and provide minimal Case Management services.
• Develop master treatment plans, as prescribed by program policy.
• Accurately enter progress notes within 24 hours.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication in English

Good group facilitation skills and experience

Education

Active intern or licensed number registered with the BBS
