Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a full-time RN for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 08:45–19:00) plus one weekday (10:45–21:00). You will perform the nursing process and provide patient-family-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include 12 months RN experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, GA or multi-state licensure (eNLC), BLS within 30 days, and PALS within 1 year as required by the department. Ongoing professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• RN with 12 months of RN experience required.
• BSN preferred; 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process across the continuum to deliver age- and family-centered care.
• Integrates values and language preferences into care and uses documentation tools.
• Oversees care by unlicensed staff and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in improving patient outcomes through ongoing learning and safety practices.
