Mercy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join a weekend, part-time position (24 hours per week). The role requires an OT degree and current license or eligibility in the hiring state, with a current BLS certification.

You will contribute to patient care programs and participate in department initiatives while ensuring readiness for emergencies. As a team member at Mercy, you’ll support growth of the department, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold state practice Act standards and rules.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in the hiring state.
• Current BLS certification.
• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs.
• Display treatment skills within the scope of the State Practice Act and regulations.
• Promote growth and development of department by assisting in special projects.
• Coordinate activities in patient care programs and respond to emergencies as needed.
