Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist for weekend, part-time 24 hours per week. You will provide patient care within the scope of the State Practice Act, maintain BLS, and pursue NBCOT if not yet certified. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.
• Current BLS.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs to achieve maximum potential.
• Promote growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and coordinating activities in patient care programs.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
