Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care on weekends in a part-time 24-hour-per-week role. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited OT program with active state licensure eligibility, current BLS, and may pursue NBOT certification.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care programs, supporting department growth, and responding to emergencies as needed. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential.
• Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of the State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with the National Board and governing bodies in the state of practice.
• Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.
