Job summary

Premier-Midwest Beer and Beverage is seeking a field merchandiser to support the sales team by maintaining relationships with retail customers and ensuring products are attractively and accurately displayed in assigned territories.

The role involves stocking, shelf resets, POS installation, and timely product delivery, with a requirement for reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. On-site presence is expected, with growth opportunities within the beer and beverage division.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry
• Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all level of management
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
• Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
