Job summary

Jor-Mac Company in Oshkosh, WI is hiring a Paint Line Coordinator for the weekend shift. This hands-on manufacturing role supports the automatic paint line, coordinates finished parts flow, inspects paint quality, counts products, and ensures customer specs are met before release for shipment.

The ideal candidate is detail-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to resolve quantity discrepancies while maintaining accurate documentation and ERP records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related manufacturing, production, inspection, packaging, or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration during repetitive inspection and counting tasks.
• Ability to identify visible paint, finish, and surface defects.
• Ability to count parts and verify quantities.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from the automatic paint line and inspect for defects (coverage, misses, runs, scratches).
• Compare finished parts against job orders, drawings, samples and specs.
• Identify and report defective or questionable parts.
• Maintain consistent inspection practices to prevent nonconforming product.
• Count and verify parts, labels, and quantities.
• Coordinate movement of product through the paint-line area for efficiency.
