Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a dependable Paint Line Coordinator to support the automated paint line on the weekend shift.

You will coordinate flow, inspect painted parts, count products, package and label according to customer requirements, and ensure quality before release. This hands-on manufacturing role requires attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic ERP literacy to retrieve job information and print labels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related manufacturing/inspection/packaging experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from the paint line and inspect for defects.
• Compare finished parts to job orders, drawings, and customer specs.
• Identify and report defective or questionable parts.
• Maintain consistent inspection practices to prevent nonconforming product.
• Accurately count parts and verify quantities on each batch.
• Use ERP to retrieve job information and print labels/documentation.
• Coordinate movement of product through the paint-line area to maintain efficiency.
