Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a Weekend Package Nurse to join our caring team in Belmond, IA. You will help manage operations on your assigned unit and support residents with a high standard of care.

Qualified candidates hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license and CPR certification. Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit.

As a Weekend Package nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license and CPR certification. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
