Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a staff nurse to support our skilled nursing team on the designated unit, providing guidance to clinical staff and ensuring high standards of care.

This role emphasizes infection prevention, adequate staffing, and a positive facility culture. An Iowa RN license is required; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of clinical staff on your assigned unit to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing the operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have come to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
