Position Summary: Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during meal-time to ensure adequate supplies, meet guest needs, and support the hotel's overall hospitality image and objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Plan breakfast menus according to brand standards and facility needs
• Prepare room set-up and ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
• Manage inventory of food and utensils
• Prepare daily breakfast menu including hot and cold foods
• Follow sanitation procedures for food safety
• Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns
• Clean and reset breakfast area at the end of service

Skills:

• Neat, organized, and efficient
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Maintain necessary food handling certifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Preferred experience in restaurant or hotel kitchen

Hours Required: Varies based on hotel needs; must work weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
