Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Weekend 5th Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:30pm–8:00am) in Matteson, IL. You will lead an overnight team, drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, and align shifts with our fast-paced logistics operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficiency with WMS (Blue Yonder, Korber, AS400) plus Excel and Word is expected, along with strong leadership and communication
