ISH Dining Services in Newport, NH is seeking a Weekend Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct night care for residents and oversee overnight staff. You will assess residents, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance during weekend shifts.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in long-term or geriatric care. Strong leadership, communication, and quick decision-making are essential to maintain safe, high-quality care overnight.

Formación

• RN license in good standing with the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Overnight or weekend nursing experience beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per individualized plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings.
• Complete overnight treatments and procedures.
• Supervise CNAs and other caregivers on overnight shift.
• Respond to emergencies and contact on-call providers.
• Document assessments and outcomes in the EHR; complete overnight reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, infection control, and HIPAA.
