Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. seeks a part-time Weekend Residential Counselor in Assonet, MA to mentor individuals with disabilities and support their journey toward independence. This overnight weekend role offers $18.50-$21.50 per hour, with a $3.00/weekend shift differential and a sign-on bonus.

The position requires a compassionate, patient approach, plus the ability to work nights and weekends. Training is provided, with a six-day mandatory program and a schedule that includes Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to stay awake during overnight shifts and work holidays as needed
• Ability to support daily living activities and perform physical interventions when necessary
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
• High school degree or equivalent would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Empower students with disabilities to form social connections and grow in independence
• Assist with daily living tasks and encourage autonomy
• Help with housekeeping, cooking, personal hygiene, recreational activities, and community engagement
• Treat students with respect and provide a nurturing environment
• Pass background check, drug screening, and TB test as required
