Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of case management experience in the Human Service field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Department of Developmental Disabilities and Day Habilitation regulations, as well as CARF standards, is preferred.
• Due to the nature of this position, potential employees will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.

• Participate in team meetings and ISP discussions to collaborate with colleagues and ensure tailored client support.
• Assist in the admissions process and warmly welcome new clients into our services.
