Atlas Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam in New Jersey is seeking an Overnight Weekend Supervisor LPN/RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs and other nursing staff.

This part-time role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating shifts, and maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual. The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license and has experience in long-term care supervision.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved LPN/RN program.
• Experience supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Familiar with federal, state, and local standards for long-term care facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs and other nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Center policies and procedures.
• Perform disciplinary actions and provide performance evaluations as needed.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff.
• Maintain and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and surveys.
