Job summary

Fresh Products seeks dependable Molding Operator to join a 72-hour weekly schedule, Sunday through Friday, with guaranteed overtime. You will operate plastic injection molding machines and inline equipment, perform cutting, sorting, stacking, inspecting, and packing to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20.35 per hour, rising to $21.35 after Operator A training; benefits include weekly pay, 401k with company match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Willingness to backup material handling when needed

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and inline equipment
• Cut, sort, separate, stack and inspect products

Molding Operator - 72 Hour

Fresh Products is seeking dependable individuals who are ready for a consistent 6-day work week with guaranteed overtime. This Molding Operator position offers a 72-hour schedule, Sunday through Friday, for candidates who want steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to be part of a stable manufacturing team.

Position Overview

As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to run any machine and any product as production needs change. Responsibilities include cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, maintaining accurate counts, and helping keep production moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay

6-Day Workweek with Guaranteed Overtime

• Night Shift – 72 Hours per Week
• Sunday-Friday 6PM-6AM
• Starting hourly rate will be $20.35.
• After completing Operator A training, your hourly rate will increase to $21.35.

Requirements

• Ability to keep up with faster production rates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to serve as a backup material handler when needed to support production flow and team coverage
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support daily production goals and team coverage
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack, shrink wrapper, machine loaders, and gaylord sweepers
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand for up to 12 hours daily, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 60 lbs.
