AGENTIC CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Youth Respite Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers flexible scheduling and various work options (full-time, part-time, PRN). Candidates are welcomed regardless of prior experience but must be compassionate and willing to complete necessary training, including CPR and First Aid. POSITION SUMMARY

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities. You empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are looking for full‑time, part‑time, and as‑needed (PRN) team members.

• You assist individuals with daily living activities.
• You respect individual rights and confidentiality.
• You follow the Individual Service Plan.
• You use electronic software to complete documentation.
• You take clients to complete fun activities in the community.
• You help clients with a clean and safe living environment.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education

At least a high school diploma or GED.

Experience

• No experience necessary
• Computer Skills: Compose emails. Use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to do job duties.

Certificates & Licenses

Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.

Other Requirements

• CPR and First Aid Certification, which we will provide.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
