Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Weekend Overnight Concierge to warmly welcome residents and prospects, ensuring a home-like first impression and ongoing positive relationships. You’ll solve problems, coordinate events, and foster community while maintaining front desk operations and clear communication with residents.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality or related fields, excellent communication, a professional appearance, and comfort with software/tools.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Sharp professional appearance.
Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
Eye for detail and anticipating a customer’s needs.
Customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (holiday package deliveries).

Responsibilities

Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Event planning – executing meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Building brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
Encouraging happy customers to share reviews on social networks.
Obsessively organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
