Job summary

ComForCare - McLean VA is seeking a dedicated caregiver for weekend overnight shifts to support clients in their homes around Vienna, VA.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and meal prep, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification.
• Experience working with individuals living with dementia.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous in-home care or senior-living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities to promote independence at home.
• Provide personal care services.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized home environment.
• Offer companionship and respite support for families.

Scheduling Needs

We are currently hiring for Weekend Overnight shifts. Additional scheduling options may be available, including weekday, short-shift, and extended-shift opportunities.
