Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO seeks a compassionate Personal caregiver overnight to provide one-to-one assistance, helping seniors stay independent in their own homes. You will perform ADLs, light housekeeping, and personal routine support with flexible overnight shifts.

Join our team for meaningful work, supportive management, and opportunities to build relationships with clients in the community. Must meet basic qualifications and have a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation with a current, valid Driver's License.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Experience: Previous experience as an In-Home Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in home care or senior living communities is a plus!
• Mindset: A genuine passion to serve and help others live their best life possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 compassionate personal care and companionship to seniors in private home settings.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), light housekeeping, and personal routine support.
• Flexible Shifts Available: overnight shifts to fit family, work, and school commitments.
• Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend required; occasional holiday shifts (paid at Time-and-a-Half).

Completive Wage:

$17.50 – $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)
