Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a Weekend Overnight Shift with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in West El Paso. The role sits in the Production Department and supports the Manufacturing Team with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

The position involves training on SOPs, GMP compliance, and safe handling of materials, with overtime opportunities and potential for career growth. HS diploma required; basic English preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Capable of understanding SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Train to perform duties related to preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or medical devices according to SOPs and regulations.
• Understand production processes and equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Transport materials safely using material handling equipment and assistance as needed.
