Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Assembler in El Paso, TX for a contract role. You will train and perform production duties related to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely.

You will follow SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, OSHA, ISO), transport materials, label and store chemicals, and keep a clean, hazard-free workspace. Overtime and onboarding are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 4 months manufacturing experience is required.
• Basic English reading, writing and comprehension is required.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Train and perform production duties related to pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, tools and hand/pallet jacks safely.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, OSHA, ISO).
• Transport materials and ensure proper labeling and storage of chemicals.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work area.
• Wear PPE and report safety or environmental concerns immediately.
• Complete required regulatory and operator training programs.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and quality.
• Be available for overtime and additional assignments as needed.
