Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Assembler for our client in West El Paso. The role supports the Production Department, focusing on accurate assembly of pharmaceutical ingredients and medical devices in a regulated setting.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, with weekend 12-hour part-time options. Candidates with 4+ months of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply; bilingual Spanish-speaking talent is welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ months of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Basic English reading/writing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train to prepare and manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients or medical devices in GMP-regulated environment.
• Understand production processes and operate equipment in the assigned area.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Transport materials using handling equipment and assist as needed.
