Job summary

Accelera in El Paso, TX seeks a contract Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will learn and perform production tasks in the medical device and pharmaceutical space, operate machinery and pallet jacks, and ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, FDA, and OSHA standards.

You must maintain a tidy, safe work environment, participate in safety training, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility to work overtime and various tasks as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production tasks in medical device/pharma manufacturing.
• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, FDA and OSHA standards.
• Transport materials and verify proper labeling/storage.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Use safety gear and report hazards promptly.
• Complete mandatory operator and regulatory training.
• Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Be flexible to cover extra shifts and varied tasks as needed.
