Job summary

Volare Health is seeking a Weekend Occupational Therapist to support three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while maintaining timely documentation and billing.

This role offers weekend-only, part-time hours with opportunities to pick up additional PRN shifts. The ideal candidate holds an OT license, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrates

Qualifications

• OT licensure as outlined by state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
