Job summary

Key Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist in a full time, part time, or PRN capacity in the Conrad, IA area. This primarily weekend position offers the opportunity to work one or two days during the week. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Supervise COTAs in the SNF setting.
