Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a weekend-anchored inpatient role in Burlington, MA. The position offers roughly 36 hours across three days, with flexibility to add a weekday.Spend weekdays on the floor, ED, OR, or clinic, and grow with mentorship from academic surgeons.

You will be supported by a collaborative team and have opportunities to expand into ED consults, procedures, and clinic work as you advance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• MA licensure or license-eligible; BLS/ACLS current.

Responsibilities

• Weekend inpatient orthopaedic coverage on the floor with on-call support.
• Balance time between floor, ED, OR and clinic as needed.
• Collaborate with residents and attending surgeons; participate in teaching.
