Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA, is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a weekend-anchored inpatient role. The position supports three days per week, with Saturdays and Sundays as the core coverage, typically 6a–6p.

You will have the flexibility to round out the week with one additional weekday, and spend time on the floor, ED, OR, or clinic as you prefer. A real growth pathway and hands-on mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program (AGACNP or FNP).
• MA licensure or license-eligible. Current BLS or ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Weekend inpatient orthopaedic APP role; ~36 hours across three days a week.
• Cover Saturday and Sunday on orthopaedic floors with the team; flexible on which weekday.
• Spend weekday time on the floor, ED, OR, or clinic; participate in growth pathways and mentorship.
