Job summary

Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a weekend-anchored inpatient role. The position averages ~36 hours across three days, with Saturday and Sunday as the core days, and one additional weekday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program (AGACNP or FNP).
• MA licensure or license-eligible. Current BLS or ACLS.
• Firm commitment to covering both Saturday and Sunday.
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Weekend-anchored inpatient orthopaedic APP role: roughly 36 hours across three days a week.
• Saturday and Sunday full weekend days (up to 12 hours each, typically 6a to 6p) on the orthopaedic floor.
• Round out the week with one additional weekday, sometimes two, with flexible day choice.
• Spend weekday time where interests take you: floor, ED, OR, or clinic.
